17 Carncrows St

In St Ives' Downalong quarter, 17 Carncrows St is a Grade II-listed former fisherman's cottage for five. An exposed stone wall frames a wood-burner-effect gas fire, rather than an actual wood burner.

The three bedrooms comprise one double, one twin and one small double, sharing a single large bathroom with a shower over the bath. Wi-Fi, a dishwasher and a garden are included, and up to two dogs are accepted. Its private parking space sits 100 metres away, overlooking Porthgwidden, rather than directly beside the door, though cars can pull up outside the cottage to unload. The kitchen has a double electric oven, a gas hob with extractor, two fridges, a microwave and a washer/dryer, and the upstairs landing has some handy additional storage space. The double bedroom has a Smart TV.
