224 Atlantic Bays

224 Atlantic Bays is a lodge on the Atlantic Bays holiday park in St Merryn, roughly two miles from the harbour town of Padstow. Everything is on one floor, and it sleeps four. One of the two bedrooms has a double bed, and a single shower room with a walk-in shower and heated towel rail serves both.

The living space is open-plan, combining kitchen, dining table and sitting area. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, an air fryer, a microwave and a fridge/freezer, and there is a TV and a DVD player. A washing machine and tumble dryer sit in a shared utility on the park, which costs extra to use, and WiFi is not included, though it is available on the park for an additional charge. Bed linen, towels, fuel and power are included.

A decked area with furniture sits outside, and the parking space is off-road, for one car. The park has a new children's play area and a cafe with bar facilities. A shop and pub are 0.5 miles away. Bookings need a minimum of 3 nights, no barbecues are allowed on site, and smoking is not permitted.

The lodge suits a family of four or two couples travelling by car. Pets are not allowed, so it is less good for anyone bringing a dog.
