23 Goonbarrow Meadow

23 Goonbarrow Meadow is a three-bedroom house in the village of Bugle, which sits between St Austell (4.5 miles) and Bodmin (7.6 miles). It sleeps five, and the sitting room has a sofa bed.

The sitting room has patio doors onto the rear garden, and the kitchen, with dual-aspect windows and French doors, has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. Upstairs, one double bedroom has an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms share a family bathroom with a bath, a separate shower, basin and WC.

The rear garden has a lawn, patio, furniture and a fire pit. A private driveway has off-road parking for three cars. The pub is 0.4 miles away and the shop 0.5 miles. Bugle sits in China Clay Country, with the Eden Project, the Clay Trails network and Wheal Martyn Clay Works Museum nearby, as well as Charlestown Harbour and Bodmin Jail, and a Co-op Food in the village.

Fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Pets and smoking are not allowed.

It suits families and groups of friends who want a garden and their own parking, and is less good for anyone travelling with a dog.
