4 Withey Cottages

4 Withey Cottages is a three-bedroom cottage in Perranuthnoe, sleeping 6 with sea views from two of the three bedrooms. One bathroom serves the whole group, so mornings need coordinating between three rooms. The bedrooms are a superking, a king-size and a twin, with the family shower room on the first floor.

A wood burner heats the sitting room, the kitchen has a washer/dryer and Wi-Fi is included, useful given Perranuthnoe's rural setting a mile east of Marazion. Parking is provided and dogs are accepted. The enclosed rear garden has a terrace with countryside and sea views and backs directly onto the South West Coast Path, which runs to Prussia Cove in one direction and Marazion in the other.

Perranuthnoe Beach is 200 metres away, a stretch of sand also known as Perran Sands with rock pools and a lifeguard season running from mid-May to late September. Piskies Cove is 1.4 miles away and Prussia Cove is 1.5 miles away, both reached via the coast path rather than by car. Views from the village take in St Michael's Mount across the bay.

**Best for:** a family or group of friends wanting sea views, coast-path access and a beach 200 metres away. **Less good for:** groups needing more than one bathroom.
