Kernyk

Kernyk is a refurbished two-bedroom terraced cottage in Perranuthnoe, sleeping 3 in a king-size double and a single. At 200 metres from the sand, it sits closer to the beach than most properties along this stretch of Mount's Bay.

The interior has been fully updated throughout. An open-plan living and dining area connects to a kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. A walk-in shower room serves both bedrooms. Smart radiators, a Smart TV, and WiFi complete the setup.

Front and rear gardens - both with table, chairs, and lawn - give the cottage outdoor space on two sides. On-street parking is available nearby. The Victoria Inn, dated to the 12th century and widely noted as one of Cornwall's oldest recorded pubs, is about 100 yards from the front door.

Perranuthnoe Beach is a 200-metre walk, lifeguarded from mid-May to late September, with clear views across to St Michael's Mount. Piskies Cove, a rocky inlet with calm water and rock pools, is 1.4 miles along the coast path. Marazion is a short drive east; Penzance is about 4 miles west.

**Best for:** Couples or small families wanting beach-close access in a quiet village with a good pub on the doorstep. **Less good for:** Those needing a hot tub, wood burner, or dog-friendly accommodation.
