A three-bedroom terraced cottage on Bodmin Hill in Lostwithiel, Cornwall's former medieval capital. The property sleeps six across three bedrooms and sits within a two-minute walk of the town's antique shops, pubs and Fore Street.

Two double bedrooms and one twin share a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC, plus a ground-floor basin and WC for convenience. The fitted kitchen has a dining area, and two separate sitting rooms - one with a gas fire - give guests space to spread out. A dishwasher, washing machine, Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, and an Amazon Echo in the kitchen are included. Ground-floor layout makes the property accessible.

An enclosed rear garden with furniture and BBQ faces out from the back of the house. Roadside parking operates on a first-come basis along the street. Two pets are welcome.

Lostwithiel sits on the River Fowey in central Cornwall, roughly midway between the north and south coasts. Restormel Castle, a 13th-century English Heritage site, stands just over a mile from town. Readymoney Cove - a sheltered sandy beach below St Catherine's Castle near Fowey - is 5.5 miles south. Carlyon Bay, a long sandy beach near St Austell with watersports hire, is 5.9 miles away. The town has its own railway station on the London Paddington to Penzance line.
