Riverview is a three-bedroom duplex at Brunel Quays in Lostwithiel, positioned to overlook the River Fowey from the edge of Cornwall's former medieval capital. The cottage sleeps six across two floors: a single bedroom on the first floor, and a super-king with en-suite plus a twin bedroom on the second. Lostwithiel town centre is a short walk from Brunel Quays. Restormel Castle, an English Heritage site with a 13th-century circular keep, stands just over a mile from the property. The Eden Project is about 5 miles west on the A390. For beaches, Readymoney Cove near Fowey is 8.7km south; Carlyon Bay is 9.6km.

Best for families or groups who want an inland base with strong access to both the Fowey estuary and central Cornwall. Less good for anyone needing a washing machine or wanting direct beach access from the door.
