Two super-king-size bedrooms and a twin room each have a smart TV. Parking for 2 cars, dishwasher, and washing machine included. The master bedroom has an en-suite walk-in shower with heated towel rail. A main bathroom with bath, shower over, and heated towel rail serves the remaining bedrooms, and a cloakroom/utility sits on the lower level. The kitchen is well equipped with a double oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, wine cooler, and coffee maker. Five smart TVs, a Bluetooth speaker, and a CD sound system are distributed through the apartment. High-speed Wi-Fi is included.

A balcony extends the living space outside. Off-road parking accommodates two cars. The apartment sits close to a train station - Lostwithiel is on the main Paddington to Penzance line - so some railway noise is possible.

Readymoney Cove, a sheltered sandy beach below Fowey with Henry VIII's St Catherine's Castle on the headland, is 5.5 miles south. Carlyon Bay, a long family-friendly sandy beach near St Austell, is 6.2 miles away. Restormel Castle is just over a mile from town, and the Eden Project is about 5 miles west.

Suits a group of up to six who want a market town on the doorstep. Less good for anyone who finds stairs hard, as the apartment is reached by 16 steps, and light sleepers may notice railway noise from the nearby station.
