64 Manor Villas, Atlantic Reach

64 Manor Villas is a two-bedroom home in Atlantic Reach Resort & Leisure Club at White Cross, near St Columb Road and the town of St Columb. It sleeps four, in a double bedroom and a twin. The shower room is on the first floor and has a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, basin and WC.

The open-plan living space combines a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine, and the sitting area has a Smart TV, a DVD player, WiFi and a selection of DVDs and books. Central heating is fitted, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available.

Outside is a non-enclosed front garden with a lawn, a patio and a large picnic bench, and off-road parking is available. Guests can use the resort's indoor and outdoor pool, large gym and tennis courts for a fee, and guest passes and entry fees are paid directly to the site. The park's bar and restaurant are very close, and the site also has a coffee shop, laser quest and a seasonal slip and slide water park, some of which may need pre-booking. Kingsley Village shopping centre is just over a mile away.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, but not upstairs. Smoking is not allowed. The home suits a small family or two couples travelling with up to two dogs; the no-dogs-upstairs rule makes it less good for anyone who wants their dogs in the bedrooms.
