79 Nursery Cottages is a three-bedroom cottage within the Maenporth Estate, a gated 29-acre resort above Maenporth on Cornwall's south coast near Falmouth. The cottage has a south-facing private patio and garden, two bathrooms, and access to the full estate facilities included in the tariff. From £676 per week, rising to £1,575 at peak.

Inside, the open-plan living and dining area runs alongside the kitchen - a layout suited to family use or couples wanting space for a week's self-catering. Dog-friendly and EV charging point on site. The estate's 15-metre indoor pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi are shared amenities available to all guests. An all-weather tennis court, two pickleball courts (racquets at reception), table tennis, communal BBQ terrace, and children's play area round out the facilities.

Maenporth Beach is a ten-minute walk downhill - a sheltered south-facing cove with the Cove Restaurant at the water's edge and kayak hire in summer. The South West Coast Path runs past the estate entrance, giving direct access to cliff walks toward Falmouth in one direction and Helford in the other. Falmouth itself is a short drive north, with the National Maritime Museum on the harbour and the ferry to St Mawes running year-round.

Best for families or couples wanting resort facilities - particularly the pool - without a hotel environment. Less suited to guests who prefer total seclusion: the estate is well-run but shared with other guests throughout the season.
