Cove 1

Cove 1 is a large three-bedroom ground-floor apartment on the Maenporth Estate near Falmouth, sleeping six and positioned directly opposite Maenporth Beach. It shares a foyer with the Penthouse above but has its own separate accommodation across the floor.

Inside, the open-plan living area combines comfortable sofas and armchairs, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. A conservatory with wicker chairs extends the living space, giving a clear view of the beach and sea beyond. The apartment has partial air-conditioning and soundproofing, and the layout may suit guests with limited mobility on request.
