Agan Paradhis

Agan Paradhis is a detached, single-storey bungalow in the village of Quintrell Downs, 3.2 miles by road from Newquay. Double glass doors from the kitchen/diner open onto the enclosed rear garden, which has decking, lawn and furniture. A woodburning stove warms the separate sitting room, and there is also a snug.

Three bedrooms sleep six. Two are king-size with en-suite walk-in showers, and one of those has a dressing room. The third is a twin, zipped and linked so it can be made up as a king-size on request, and it uses the family bathroom, which has a bath, walk-in shower and heated towel rail. A separate utility room adds practicality, and the kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, air fryer and gas hob.

Central heating, WiFi and a Smart TV are included, along with fuel, power, bed linen and towels. A travel cot and highchair can be provided on request. Off-road parking takes three cars. The village shop and pub are 0.2 miles away, and the railway station has services to Par and Newquay. Padstow and Truro are each 14 miles off, and Holywell is 6 miles.

The bungalow suits a family or a group of up to six who want three private sleeping spaces and en-suites for two of them. Pets and smoking are not allowed.
