Lake View is a single-storey cottage on a working farm at Kestle Mill, near Newquay. The property sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms and sits within 15 acres of fields and woodland that guests can explore freely.

The open-plan living space has a kitchen with double oven, electric hob, dishwasher, and coffee maker, a dining area, and a sitting area with a wood-burning stove. The double bedroom has a Smart TV and en-suite with walk-in shower and heated towel rail. A twin bedroom (convertible to super-king on request) also has a Smart TV. A second shower room serves as the main bathroom. Underfloor heating runs throughout, and a starter pack for the wood burner is included.

An enclosed front garden has a patio with gravelled area and furniture. Ample off-road parking is provided on the farm. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, though they need supervising because the farm is a working one. There are steps up to the front door, so the single-storey layout inside is reached by a short climb.

Quintrell Downs village is about a mile away, with its own railway station on the Atlantic Coast Line giving direct rail access to Newquay and connections to the mainline at Par. Tolcarne Beach - a cliff-sheltered, dog-friendly sandy beach with a cafe on the sand - is 2.6 miles to the northwest. Great Western Beach, known for rock pools and sea caves at the cliff base, is 2.7 miles away. Newquay Zoo sits about 2 miles from the property.
