Argel Spa

Argel Spa is a single-storey lodge on Clowance Holiday Park, near Praze An Beeble. Its main suite has a super-king-size bed and an en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Two further bedrooms each hold twin beds, and all three rooms have a TV. 6 guests can stay.

The remaining washing room is a family bathroom with a bath, a shower over the bath, a basin and a WC. In the open-plan area a breakfast bar, a dining table and a sitting area with a decorative fireplace share the space. The kitchen has an electric oven, an induction hob, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer, and there are four TVs and WiFi.

On the decking sit outdoor furniture and a hot tub. The water is changed after each stay, so it can be cooler than ideal on arrival night. Guests also share Clowance's heated indoor swimming pool, and the park has a gym, tennis courts and the Lakeview Restaurant.

Parking is in the on-site car park, and a highchair is available for an additional fee. The cot mattress and linen are not supplied if a cot is needed. Bed linen, towels, fuel and power are included in the rent. The lodge suits a family or a group of friends who are happy to share one bathroom between the twin rooms, and it is less good for anyone with a dog, since pets are not accepted. Smoking is not permitted and a refundable bond is taken.
