Bay Retreat Villas

Bay Retreat Villas is a group of four-star holiday villas at St Merryn Park, managed by Breaks in Cornwall. Each villa has two bedrooms, one double and one twin, plus a private balcony and patio. A dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi and on-site parking support longer stays, and dogs are accepted. The park also has tennis courts and communal grounds.

This is a holiday-park setting rather than a stand-alone rural house. St Merryn village is 1 mile away for shops, pubs and a Co-op, while Padstow harbour is 3.1 miles from the park. Check-in starts at 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00.

Porthcothan Bay Beach is 2.1 miles away, Treyarnon Bay is 2.2 miles away and Harlyn Bay is 2.2 miles away. The beaches therefore require a drive or a planned longer outing rather than a short walk. The St Merryn guide gives more context for this stretch of coast.

**Best for:** Families or two couples who want two separate bedrooms, their own outdoor space and practical self-catering equipment, with tennis courts available on the same site.

**Less good for:** Guests seeking an isolated cottage or a property beside the beach. The communal grounds and grouped villas create a shared holiday-park atmosphere, and Padstow is 3.1 miles away rather than on the doorstep.
