Beach Haven is a 4-bedroom dog-friendly cottage in Perranporth, sleeping 8 guests across ground and first floors. The layout puts three of the four bedrooms at ground level - including a king en-suite - which suits mixed groups or multi-generational families where some guests prefer to avoid stairs.

The ground floor holds a king en-suite with walk-in shower, a second king bedroom, and a twin room (zip-link, convertible to king), all served by a ground-floor bathroom with both bath and walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom - a double - sits upstairs alongside a separate shower room, the kitchen-diner, and a sitting room that opens onto a balcony. The kitchen is well-specified: double oven, gas hob, wine cooler, coffee machine, and dishwasher. Two dogs are welcome, and off-road parking fits two cars.

A large enclosed garden with patio wraps around the property. Perranporth Beach is around 1,100 metres away - a 3-mile Atlantic-facing stretch with RNLI lifeguard cover from mid-May, consistent surf, and the Watering Hole bar built directly onto the sand. Trevellas Cove, a shingle beach suited to snorkelling, sits about 2 miles north near St Agnes. Perranporth village itself has a Co-op, pubs, and cafes within easy walking distance; Newquay is roughly 10 miles north-east, and Truro about 8 miles south-east.

**Best for:** Larger families or two-couple groups wanting multi-generational-friendly layout, strong beach access, and dog-friendly outdoor space on Cornwall's north coast. **Less good for:** Those wanting sea views from the property itself, or couples looking for an intimate bolthole - the pricing reflects the 8-person capacity.
