The garden has an outdoor seating area with furniture and a dining table, giving dogs and their owners space after a walk. Crinnis Beach is roughly a 17-minute walk from the front door, and the South West Coast Path connects the bay to Charlestown - a 45-minute clifftop walk west through woodland, ending at the Georgian harbour village known for its tall ships and Poldark filming locations.

Carlyon Bay sits within easy reach of mid-Cornwall's major attractions. The Eden Project is about 3.7 miles away, the Lost Gardens of Heligan roughly the same distance, and Charlestown's harbour is walkable along the coast. Free private parking on site removes the hassle of competing for spaces during peak season.

Best for dog owners, thanks to the wood burner. Less good for a beach-at-the-door stay - Crinnis Beach is a 17-minute walk, not right outside.
