The sitting room has a woodburning stove, and a separate reception area doubles as a games room. Three bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements - 2 super-king zip-and-link rooms (each with hand basin) and 1 family room with a super-king zip-and-link plus 2 single beds. The bathroom has a bath, shower, basin and WC, with a separate downstairs WC. The kitchen-diner leads to a utility room, and equipment includes a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge-freezer. Smart TV, DVD player, WiFi and a selection of books and games are provided.

Outside, the garden has furniture and a coal BBQ. Off-road parking accommodates 4 cars. Perranporth Beach - 3 miles of golden sand with The Watering Hole pub built directly on the shore - is 2.9 miles away. Trevellas Cove, a rugged Heritage Coast cove near St Agnes, is 3 miles.

Penhallow sits between Perranporth and Truro, with both about 7 miles in opposite directions. The A3075 provides direct access to the A30 trunk road. Callestick and its ice cream dairy are nearby, and the north coast surf beaches at Perranporth and St Agnes are within a 10-minute drive.

Best for a group of friends or an extended family wanting flexible sleeping, since the 3 bedrooms include 2 zip-and-link rooms and a family room with a super-king plus 2 singles. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, and more will be considered on request.
