Blackmoor Red 12

Blackmoor Red 12 is a two-bedroom lodge for four on the Notter Mill riverside complex beside the River Lynher, a short drive from Saltash. A double and a twin bedroom share the one bathroom, and the lounge has an open fire.

The complex's shared heated outdoor pool runs from late May to early September only, alongside tennis courts and a children's play area. A wooded stream nearby is good for a short countryside walk. Wi-Fi, parking, EV charging and garden access are included, but there is no dishwasher or washing machine. Up to three dogs are accepted.

The local village pub is 500 metres away, and the A38 gives quick access east and west. Whitsand Bay is 6.1 miles, Downderry Beach is 6.3 miles and Kingsand Beach 7.5 miles, all needing a car. Looe, with its harbour, shops and boat trips, is 12 miles east; Adrenaline Quarry is 10 miles and the Eden Project 30 miles. The Notter guide covers the immediate area.
