Blue Bay Beach House

Blue Bay Beach House is a detached nine-bedroom property on the clifftops above Mawgan Porth, sleeping up to 22. The main living areas have sea views over the Atlantic, and six of the nine en-suite bedrooms are on the ground floor, five of them in the annex.

Inside, nine en-suite bathrooms mean no queuing at scale. The kitchen and dining area handle 22 comfortably. A hot tub and outdoor deck with BBQ facilities sit on the seaward side of the house, with the bay laid out below. Wifi and off-road parking are included. The house is Friday changeover.

Mawgan Porth beach is a quarter of a mile on foot down the valley path - a wide sandy beach with surf lessons from KingSurf on the sand. Bedruthan Steps, the National Trust sea-stack formation and Dark Sky site, is 1 mile north along the coast path. Watergate Bay, with its hotel and cookery school, is 2.2 miles south.

Best for large family groups, multi-generational gatherings, and milestone celebrations needing sea views and an en-suite bedroom for every room under one roof. Guests who need step-free access should check with the owner before booking. Less good for couples or small groups - this is a house that works at 15+ occupants, not half capacity.
