Floor-to-ceiling windows in the main living areas face the Atlantic, and the house is rated 4 stars with accessible facilities throughout - wide doorways, level access, and ground-floor bedrooms.

Inside, nine en-suite bathrooms mean no queuing at scale. The kitchen and dining area handle 22 comfortably. A hot tub and outdoor deck with BBQ facilities sit on the seaward side of the house, with the bay laid out below. Wifi and off-road parking are included. The house is Friday changeover.

Mawgan Porth beach is 600 metres on foot down the valley path - a wide sandy beach with surf lessons from KingSurf on the sand. Bedruthan Steps, the National Trust sea-stack formation and Dark Sky site, is 1 mile north along the coast path. Watergate Bay, with its hotel and cookery school, is 2.2 miles south. Newquay Airport is roughly 5 miles from the house.

Best for large family groups, multi-generational gatherings, and milestone celebrations needing sea views and accessible facilities under one roof. Less good for couples or small groups - this is a house that works at 15+ occupants, not half capacity.
