Blue Ridge is a four-bedroom cottage on Dunder Hill in Polzeath, positioned on high ground with sea views across the Atlantic surf beach below. The property sleeps seven and accepts one well-behaved dog, making it a practical choice for families heading to north Cornwall's most popular surfing village.

The accommodation is spread across a single level with two double bedrooms, a twin, and a single. A bathroom with bath and shower over, a separate shower room with corner shower, and a cloakroom serve the bedrooms. The open-plan living space connects the kitchen - fitted with a dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and extendable dining table - to the dining and sitting areas. A mezzanine level above houses a snug with TV area, board games, and a reading corner, plus a roof terrace and balcony.

Off-road parking fits four cars, and the front garden has a large lawn, patio, rockery, and those sea views. A tumble dryer and walk-in shower are housed in the garage. Polzeath Beach is 700 metres away - roughly a 10-minute walk - while Greenaway Beach, a quieter sandy cove with rock pools, is 0.7 miles further along the coast.

The village has a surf shop, deli, and several cafes within walking distance. The coast path to Pentire Point starts nearby, and the water taxi from Rock to Padstow is about 2 miles south.
