Boar's House

Boar's House is a converted barn near Newmill, roughly 3 miles from Penzance in west Cornwall. The two-storey property sleeps three in two bedrooms. Entry is level and the shower room is on the ground floor, but both bedrooms are upstairs.

The ground floor has a kitchen and dining area equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, small freezer, slimline dishwasher, and washer/dryer. The sitting room has a TV with DVD player and WiFi. Underfloor heating is powered by an air source heat pump, and fuel and power costs are included. Upstairs, one double and one single bedroom share the ground-floor shower room with walk-in shower.

Outside, a south-facing patio and garden catch the sun through the day. Off-road parking on gravel sits behind the property. The rural setting is quiet, with the nearest shops, pubs, and restaurants about 3 miles away in Penzance.

Eastern Green Beach, a sandy family beach with views across Mount's Bay to St Michael's Mount, is 3.4 miles away. Long Rock Beach, a sand-and-shingle stretch also facing the Mount, is 4 miles east. Penzance itself has the Jubilee Pool lido, Penlee House Gallery, and the Scillonian ferry to the Isles of Scilly. The GWR Night Riviera sleeper connects Penzance to London Paddington.
