Brick Cottage

Brick Cottage is a two-bedroom property in the Lizard, Britain's most southerly village, sleeping four guests. The cottage comes with EV charging, off-road parking for two cars, and an enclosed courtyard - useful features on a peninsula where charging points are scarce.

The ground floor has a kitchen, dining room, and sitting room with an electric fire. Two bedrooms - one double, one super-king zip-link that converts to twin on request - sit upstairs alongside a bathroom with bath and shower over. Oil-fired central heating runs from October to Easter, with electric radiators covering the warmer months. A washing machine, fridge, full-size freezer, and Smart TV with WiFi are included.

An enclosed courtyard with furniture provides sheltered outdoor space. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Cadgwith Beach, a working fishing cove with shingle shores and traditional gig boats, is 2.4 km east along the coast path. Kynance Cove - one of Cornwall's most photographed beaches, with turquoise water and serpentine rock stacks - is 2.5 km north-west.

The village has a post office, pub, cafe, and small supermarket within 0.3 miles. Serpentine workshops on the main street sell ornaments and bowls carved from the distinctive green-red stone found only on the Lizard. The Lizard Lighthouse heritage centre is a short walk south at Lizard Point.
