Cadgwith Beach is 3.2km, a working fishing cove with active boats and a seasonal fish seller. Mullion Cove harbour is 6.7km north.

Lizard village is walkable from the property and has a pub, pasty shops, and a signpost marking mainland Britain's most southerly point.
