Carlyon Penthouse

Carlyon Penthouse is a third-floor apartment in Carlyon Bay for two guests. It has one king size bedroom, one bathroom and an open-plan living space, and the kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer. The bathroom has a bath, a WC and a large separate shower.

Dogs are not accepted. Guests have use of shared gardens and secure on-site parking behind electronic gates. Guests who need step-free access should check lift availability and stair access, given the third-floor position.

Carlyon Bay is 0.4 miles away, Charlestown Beach is 0.7 miles from the apartment and Porthpean Beach 1.4 miles. The Georgian harbour at Charlestown, once used as a Poldark filming location, and the Eden Project are both named as nearby trips. Golfers also have a championship course nearby at 6,500 yards, though playing arrangements should be checked directly with the club.

The penthouse sleeps two guests, and the building has secure on-site parking behind electronic gates, which is useful for a beach stay. The king size bed is the only sleeping arrangement, so it suits one couple.

**Best for:** Two guests wanting a beach within half a mile, secure parking, a king size bedroom and shared outdoor space.

**Less good for:** Guests needing step-free access to the third floor.
