Chy Marner is a 2-bedroom stone cottage in Charlestown, the Georgian harbour village south of St Austell. The Eden Project is a 10-minute drive inland; the Lost Gardens of Heligan are roughly 5 miles along the coast road.

Best for: couples or families of 4 wanting a central village location, Poldark fans drawn to Charlestown's filming history, and anyone using the Eden Project or Heligan as a base for multiple days. Less good for: guests needing sea views or a garden, and larger groups (maximum occupancy is 4).
