Dolphins Leap is a first-floor apartment converted from a detached house set above the cove at Mawgan Porth on the north Cornwall coast. The property sleeps 4 in a king-size bed and a twin room with two 3-foot single beds. A terrace provides coastal views, and direct access onto the South West Coast Path starts from the doorstep.

Inside, the apartment is arranged on one level with an open-plan living area. The kitchen serves as the main cooking and dining space. Private off-road parking is included - a practical advantage during busy summer months when village spaces fill quickly.

Mawgan Porth beach is 0.3 km away, roughly a 2-minute walk down to the sand. The beach sits between two steep headlands and is popular with families and surfers alike, with surf schools operating in season. Bedruthan Steps (1.8 km) and Watergate Bay (3.2 km) are both reachable along the coast path.

The village itself has a pub, a newsagent, and a small shop. Padstow is 8 miles north-east along the coast road, while Newquay is 6 miles to the south. The Scarlet Hotel, an adults-only eco-hotel above the bay, offers its spa and restaurant to non-residents. A walk inland through the Vale of Lanherne to St Mawgan makes a good alternative to the coastal route. Weekly prices start from around the mid-hundreds, with Saturday changeover.
