Flat 2, Moonrakers is a ground-floor apartment in Carbis Bay with sea and beach views from its garden patio. The patio is enclosed, at the front, and has outdoor furniture. The shop and the beach are both 0.2 miles away and the pub is 0.5 miles. St Ives is 2 miles away.

It sleeps six across three bedrooms. The super-king bed is a zip-and-link pair that can be set up as twins on request, and the room has an en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. The other bedrooms are a king-size and a twin, and the family bathroom has a bath, overhead shower, basin and WC.

Inside there is a kitchen, a utility room and a living and dining room with two sofas, a Smart TV and a dining table that seats six. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, and the utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is WiFi and a large selection of books. Electric central heating, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included. One allocated parking place takes one car.

The apartment is on the ground floor, but access is via a hill and steps, which may not suit guests with limited mobility. One well-behaved pet is welcome and smoking is not allowed. It suits a family or friends taking three bedrooms near the beach, and is less good for anyone who finds hills and steps hard going.
