Great Western Farmhouse is a Grade II listed property in Crantock, a village separated from Newquay by the Gannel Estuary. The farmhouse has a hot tub in the rear garden, 4 bedrooms each with en-suite facilities, and a woodburning stove in the sitting room - a substantial property for groups of up to 8.

The 4 bedrooms are spread across two floors: 3 super-king-size rooms (two with zip-link twin options) and a ground-floor super-king. Each has an en-suite shower with basin and WC, and one upper bedroom includes an anteroom with a day bed. A ground-floor freestanding bath sits in a separate bathroom with walk-in shower. The kitchen has a double electric range and Nespresso machine. A mezzanine dining room adds extra living space above the main floor.

Outside, the enclosed front garden has lawn, while the rear decking area has furniture, a barbecue, the hot tub, and a hot water outdoor shower. Crantock Beach - a wide, dune-backed sandy beach managed by the National Trust - is 0.6 miles from the door. Fistral Beach, the UK's best-known surf break, is 0.9 miles north.

Crantock has a 13th-century church, the Old Albion pub, and a village shop. The Gannel Estuary behind the beach is popular for kayaking and paddleboarding. Two dogs are welcome. Parking is available for 2 cars, with additional weekly permits at Crantock Village Hall.
