Gwel An Godrevy sleeps six across three bedrooms: a king-size with an en-suite bath, and two super-king zip-and-link rooms that can be made up as two singles. One of those has an en-suite walk-in shower and the other has patio doors to the terrace, and a shower room serves the rest. Ask for singles at least seven days before arrival; later requests are subject to enquiry and extra housekeeping costs.

The open-plan living area has bi-folding doors to a glass-fronted balcony with a small table and chairs, and takes in views across Carbis Bay and St Ives. The kitchen has a combi microwave, two fridge freezers, a dishwasher and a washer/dryer, and there is a utility room. The 58-inch TV carries Sky. The beach is 0.2 miles away, the shop 0.3 miles and the pub 1 mile.

Access is by a slight slope from the parking space and one step up to the front door, and the sun terrace is reached by outdoor steps. Parking is one car. A highchair and cot are available, and guests bring their own cot bedding. It suits a family or two couples; it is less good for anyone travelling with a pet, as pets and smoking are not allowed.
