Harbour Hotel & Spa St Ives

Harbour Hotel & Spa is a 4-star hotel on The Terrace in St Ives, positioned above Porthminster Beach with views across St Ives Bay toward Godrevy Lighthouse. The hotel has direct access down to the sand.

Rooms are individually decorated, each with a private bathroom, TV, radio, and tea and coffee facilities. Several rooms have balconies facing the bay. The on-site spa includes an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, crystal steam room, fitness suite, and 4 treatment rooms. Robes, slippers, and towels are provided.

The Terrace Bar and Restaurant runs a seasonal menu built around local produce, with fish and shellfish landed nearby. Cream teas and real ales are served in the lounge bar or outside on the terrace. Free WiFi is available throughout, and parking is on site.

St Ives town centre is a 5-minute walk away, putting the Tate St Ives, the Barbara Hepworth Museum, and the harbour within easy reach. The town has four beaches in total - Porthminster, Porthmeor, Porthgwidden, and the harbour beach - plus a concentration of galleries, restaurants, and independent shops. The branch-line train station in town connects to the mainline at St Erth.

Best for couples or spa seekers wanting direct beach access and a full spa within a 5-minute walk of the town centre. Less good for anyone wanting to self-cater - meals run through the on-site restaurant and bar, with only tea and coffee facilities in the rooms.
