The master bedroom has a vaulted open-truss ceiling, feature window, and en-suite bath. The second bedroom is a twin, also with its own en-suite. Ground-floor patio doors open onto a garden with seating for 4.

Residents have access to the development's indoor and outdoor pools, spa pool, tennis court, fitness room, and squash court - all included in the rate. The on-site restaurant is open to residents and uses local Cornish produce. Wifi, parking, dishwasher, and BBQ are included.

Gyllyngvase Beach in Falmouth is 9.3km, accessible via the A39 in around 15 minutes. Castle Beach is 9.2km. Swanpool Beach, a quieter cove backed by a freshwater lagoon, is 9.6km. Truro's city centre, with its 3-spired cathedral and indoor market, is roughly 6km north of the site.

Suits couples or small families who want a more individual feel than a hotel but with resort-level facilities on the doorstep. The development is quiet and set in woodland, making it a workable off-season option when beaches are less of a draw. Changeover is Saturday. Not great for guests who need direct coastal access on foot, or for pet owners, as the property does not accept dogs.
