Hebaska is a reverse-level cottage on Carninney Lane in Carbis Bay, 400m from the Blue Flag beach. The layout puts the living spaces upstairs to make the most of the elevated position, with bedrooms and a games room at ground level.

Three ground-floor bedrooms include a king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, a double, and a twin with Smart TV. A bathroom with bath, shower over, and heated towel rail serves the remaining rooms. Upstairs, the kitchen is fitted with an induction hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. The living and dining room has a wood-burning stove and opens onto a balcony.

The enclosed rear garden has a patio with outdoor furniture, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower. Off-road parking fits four cars. One well-behaved dog is welcome. A ground-floor games room adds an indoor option for rainy days. Access is via a gradual ramp from the driveway and three steps up to the front door.

Carbis Bay beach - calm, sheltered, and lifeguarded in summer - sits 400m away. Porthminster Beach in St Ives is 1.3 miles along the coast path, and St Ives Harbour Beach 1.4 miles. The St Ives Bay Line rail halt connects Carbis Bay to St Erth in 12 minutes for mainline services. St Ives itself is a 25-minute walk or one stop on the train.
