Hedgehog Cottage

Cottage at the end of a terrace in the Village of Gardens at Pendra Loweth, a short drive from Falmouth. Sleeps four across two bedrooms and one bathroom, with the second bedroom set up as either a king or twin beds, giving flexibility for couples or friends sharing.

Downstairs, a fitted kitchen leads into an open-plan lounge and dining area, with French doors onto a private terrace that catches the afternoon sun each day. WiFi, parking, a dishwasher and an EV charging point are included, though there is no washing machine or BBQ at the cottage itself. The cottage overlooks a stream, close to the park's all-weather tennis courts, splash pool and children's playground.

The footpath behind the cottage runs down to Maenporth Beach, about 0.9 miles away, with the wider North Helford offering creekside walks, riverside inns and sub-tropical gardens further along the coast. Falmouth itself has a working marina, a range of independent shops and restaurants, and the National Maritime Museum for a wet-weather option.

Best for couples or two friends wanting flexible sleeping arrangements and a quiet base near the tennis courts and splash pool. Less good for anyone who needs an in-cottage washing machine during their stay, or larger groups, since the cottage has only two bedrooms.
