Albert's Den

Albert's Den is a two-bedroom home on the Pendra Loweth resort, known as the Village of Gardens, in Falmouth. It sleeps four, with one double bedroom that has a TV and one 4ft double. The bathroom has a bath, shower over and heated towel rail, and there is a separate cloakroom.

Kitchen, dining area and sitting area share one open-plan room. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave and a washing machine, and the electric central heating, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included. A travel cot and high chair are available. Outside, a private rear patio has furniture and looks onto a shared lawn.

Guests can use the resort's shared facilities: a splash pool, gym, cafe, bar and tennis courts, plus an indoor soft play area and an outdoor children's play area. The bar, restaurant, pool and Jacuzzi keep seasonal hours, usually from the beginning of April to the end of October, while the gym, tennis courts and children's play area are open year-round. The splash pool is about 3 metres each side and 1.4 metres deep, and holds four people at a time. Electric car charging is available on site beside the office and bar. The shop is 0.8 miles away, the pub 1.1 miles and the beach 1.6 miles.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome and must stay on leads on the estate. Parking is allocated for one car, with more visitors' parking. The property is non-smoking, sign-written vans and commercial vehicles are not allowed, and bookings are for holidays and leisure only, not work or business trips. It suits a family with children or two couples sharing, and is less good for four adults who want more than one bathroom.
