Breeze Cottage

Breeze Cottage belongs to Pendra Loweth, the Village of Gardens holiday village, and it sits on the south side, beside the stream that runs down towards the cove. A private patio at the back has furniture and looks over the communal lawn. Falmouth is a ten-minute drive away.

Downstairs is an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area, plus a cloakroom. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and Nespresso machine, and the sitting area has a 55 inch Smart TV and a Bluetooth speaker. Upstairs are a king-size bedroom, a twin bedroom and the family bathroom with a bath and a shower over. It sleeps four, and bed linen and towels come with the rent.

Guests share the village facilities: a gym, a Jacuzzi, an indoor splash pool, a children's play area and tennis courts, with on-site laundry. Facilities have seasonal opening times, and the splash pool takes four people at a time. Parking is off-road for one car, with more guest parking. Car charging points are outside the office. Smoking and pets are not allowed, and the cottage cannot be used for work or business trips. Changeover is on Friday only, with check-in from 4pm and check-out by 10am.

Maenporth Beach is a 25-minute walk or five minutes by car. The shop is 1.2 miles away, the pub 1 mile. It suits a family or couple, and the two upstairs bedrooms make it less good for anyone who prefers to avoid stairs.
