11 Fountain Court

Fountain Court number 11 is an apartment in Falmouth with two bedrooms. Each has a super-king-size bed that zips and links, so either can be made up as twin beds on request, and each has an en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. A separate shower room with a walk-in shower makes three in all.

The open-plan living space combines a kitchen, dining table and sitting area with a Smart TV. The apartment has an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and toaster. WiFi is included, along with fuel, power, bed linen and towels. Out front is a shared courtyard.

The apartment sleeps four. A sofa bed can be made up for an extra charge if you contact the team beforehand; otherwise it is left as a sofa. Parking is in a public car park nearby rather than at the door, and the entrance is reached by steps, which need care. A pub is 0.2 miles away, the shop 0.5 miles, the beach 0.8 miles and a lake 1.4 miles.

Pets and smoking are not allowed. It suits two couples sharing, since both bedrooms have their own en-suite, and it is less good for anyone who finds steps difficult or who is travelling with a dog.
