The cottage sits within a working farm and has direct access to a shared 2-acre recreation field - more outdoor space than most comparable properties in this price bracket. Goonhavern village is under 1.2 miles for basics; Perranporth has shops, pubs, and the Watering Hole bar directly on the beach.

Best for couples or small families with a dog, EV drivers, and those wanting countryside quiet with a major beach a short drive away. Less suited to groups needing more than one bedroom, or guests expecting sea views from the property.
