Five bathrooms across three bedrooms is an unusually high ratio and works well when the group mixes adults and children.

Outside, a large wrap-around deck has garden furniture and a BBQ. Sea views are visible from the property. Trevaunance Cove is 1.4 miles away - a working harbour beach with a surf break and a pub above the slipway. Trevellas Cove is 1.6 miles. St Agnes village has a post office, shops and the start of several coast path walks toward Perranporth, 3.7 miles north.
