Inside, the cottage has an open-plan living space combining kitchen, dining area, and sitting room. The kitchen is fitted with an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, and air fryer. One bedroom has a super-king bed and the other a king. A single bathroom with bath and shower over serves both rooms. A Smart TV and DVD player are included. Note that towels are not supplied - guests need to bring their own.

The village of Rock is about a mile west, Wadebridge 3 miles south with supermarkets and the Camel Trail cycling route, and the Padstow water taxi runs from Rock across the estuary.
