Jordan House

Jordan House sits on Dunn Street in Boscastle village, sleeping four across two bedrooms with two bathrooms. The ground-floor living space is fully accessible, with an open fire, BBQ, and enclosed garden. Wi-Fi, parking, dishwasher, and washing machine are included. No pets. Saturday changeover.

Boscastle harbour is a short walk from the property. The inlet is one of the more sheltered natural harbours on the north Cornwall coast, rebuilt after the catastrophic flood of August 2004 that damaged much of the village. The Museum of Witchcraft and Magic on the harbourside holds the world's largest collection of witchcraft-related artefacts. The village has a pub and small shop. The South West Coast Path passes through, running south to Tintagel and north to Crackington Haven across high slate cliffs.

Bossiney Cove is the nearest beach at 2.2 miles - a secluded cove below the cliffs accessible via a steep path, with rock pools and occasional surf. Crackington Haven is 4.7 miles for a broader beach with a cafe.

Right for groups of four wanting a base in a genuine North Cornwall coastal village, with accessibility features and walking from the door. Good for those who appreciate history and coastal walks. Less good for families needing a large garden for children to run around in - the garden is compact and the village itself is on a steep slope.
