Killas Cottage

Killas Cottage is a renovated 18th-century terraced cottage for four in Fowey, set along a pedestrianised passage close to the harbour and town centre.

The main bedroom has a super-king bed that converts to twins on request; a small four-foot double suits one guest, and the third room is a single, so the layout works better for a family or three friends than two couples. Two bathrooms serve the group. Exposed stone walls, timber beams and flagstone flooring keep the original character, and a wood burner adds a focal point. WiFi, a dishwasher and garden are included, and one dog is welcome.

Readymoney Cove is 0.6 miles away, at the harbour mouth below St Catherine's Castle, a Henry VIII-era fort with free entry via a steep walk from the car park. Lantic Bay is 1.3 miles and Lansallos Beach 2.5 miles further along the coast.

Fowey's harbour, restaurants and the passenger ferry to Polruan are all within walking distance. Guests arriving by car will need to arrange parking separately, since none comes with the property.

**Best for:** A small family or three friends wanting separate sleeping rooms and Fowey's harbour on foot.

**Less good for:** Two couples wanting equal rooms, or guests who want parking included.
