Kingcup Cottage is a three-bedroom, all ground-floor property at Tregamere Barton, a small group of holiday cottages just over a mile from St Columb Major. It sleeps six across a king-size en-suite master and two further bedrooms - a double and a twin - with level access throughout. Guests with mobility requirements will find this one of the more practical options in mid-Cornwall.

Inside, the master en-suite has a bath, hand-held shower, and separate shower cubicle. The open-plan living room combines a kitchen with electric oven and ceramic hob, a dining area, and a sitting room with gas fire and three Smart TVs. Shared facilities on the Tregamere Barton site include a games room with pool table and table football, and a shared laundry room with two washing machines and two tumble dryers.

Outside, the private enclosed patio has garden furniture and looks across open farmland. Parking is included. St Columb Major is roughly 1.5 miles away - the town is best known for Hurling the Silver Ball, a street game played since the 1590s. Mawgan Porth is about 8 miles northwest, a wide north-coast beach with surf and rock pools. Watergate Bay is a similar distance, and Newquay's beaches are around 15 minutes by car.

**Best for:** groups wanting accessible, ground-floor accommodation with a bit of communal fun (games room) and quick access to multiple north coast beaches. **Less good for:** those wanting a remote or private retreat - the shared facilities mean other guests are on site, and the mid-Cornwall location is a drive from everywhere.
