Lakeside Retreat At Three Oaks

Lakeside Retreat at Three Oaks is a micro glamping pod for two on a working farm near Treneglos, roughly seven miles west of Launceston. The single bedroom has one double bed, and one bathroom serves the pod. Inside, the kitchenette has a two-ring gas hob, a small sink, a fridge, a kettle and a microwave, and the shower room has a basin and WC.

Outside, a private deck holds a wood-fired hot tub, with a table and chairs for dining and a fire pit; parking is provided and one dog can stay. The farm's on-site teacher runs morning or sunset yoga lessons by the lake, and homemade pasties and ice cream from the working farm can be ordered to the pod.

Crackington Haven Beach is 6.5 miles from the farm, with Millook Beach 7.1 miles and Widemouth Bay 8.2 miles - all reached by car. Bodmin Moor's open moorland lies to the south, and Launceston is the nearest town for shops and services. Treneglos itself is a small rural parish with no pub or shop of its own.

**Best for:** a couple wanting a private deck, wood-fired hot tub, fire pit, yoga lessons and space for one dog. **Less good for:** guests wanting a beach within walking distance.
