Lellizzick Farmhouse

Lellizzick Farmhouse is a 400-year-old farmhouse with original features, now run as a self-catered guest house with three bedrooms near Padstow. It has direct sea views, and the estuary beach is roughly a ten-minute walk from the door. Check-in runs from 14:00 and check-out is 10:30. Wi-Fi is included, and dogs are not accepted at the farmhouse.

Rooms have private bathrooms, and guests share a dining space with an air fryer, fridge and microwave for light meals and takeaways. Outside there is a garden with barbecue facilities and outdoor seating. Free parking is included on site. The 18-mile Camel Trail cycle route starts in Padstow, around 2 miles from the farmhouse. Padstow itself is a 30-minute walk, and the coast path reaches the cliffs above the Atlantic in about five minutes on foot. The hosts run the property personally and see a high rate of repeat bookings each season.

Best for walkers and beach-goers wanting sea views and coast-path access without staying in Padstow itself. Less good for anyone without a car who wants to reach Padstow quickly, since the walk in is around half an hour.
