Lil Nauti

Lil Nauti is an apartment on the second floor in the town of Fowey, and the height gives it sea views. Feature windows look out from the open-plan living space, where seating faces a TV, and a breakfast bar and a dining area sit next to the kitchen, which has a range-style oven.

There are two bedrooms. The master is a king-size with its own TV, and the second is a twin whose zip and link beds can be made up as a super-king-size if you ask. The apartment sleeps four. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it. Fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent, and the kitchen has a washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee maker, iron and ironing board.

Cars can unload outside, but parking is paid and nearby rather than included. The shop and the pub are each 0.1 miles away. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The apartment is on the second floor.

It suits two couples or a family of four, and being on the second floor makes it less good for anyone who cannot manage stairs. Fowey has its harbour, museum and shops within walking distance, and Lantic Bay, Readymoney Cove, Polkerris and Polridmouth Cove are the beaches to look up. Lostwithiel and Polperro are each 8 miles from Fowey.
