Lilyvale is a single-storey cottage at Inny Vale near Davidstow, in the rural countryside between Bodmin Moor and the north Cornwall coast. With 2 bedrooms - a double and a twin with its own TV - it sleeps 4 and suits couples or small families looking for a quiet inland base.

The open-plan living space combines kitchen, dining area, and sitting room. The kitchen has an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washing machine. Two Smart TVs with WiFi and Netflix are provided. A bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and WC serves both bedrooms. Electric panel heaters warm the cottage, and all fuel and power costs are included.

A lawned garden with patio and outdoor furniture offers open views of the surrounding countryside. Shared use of a tennis court 100 yards away is included. Off-road parking for 1 car is provided. Crackington Haven Beach, known for its folded rock strata and surf, is 10km. Camelford, the nearest market town with access to Bodmin Moor walks, is a short drive south.
