Manor House Barn

Manor House Barn is a converted barn near Tremail, a hamlet between Camelford and the north Cornwall coast. It sleeps 4 in two bedrooms - a double and a bunk room - with a bathroom containing a shower-over-bath. The property has a reverse-level layout, with bedrooms on the ground floor and living space above.

Upstairs, the open-plan room combines kitchen, dining, and sitting areas around a woodburning stove. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave. A Smart TV with Bluetooth speaker and WiFi are provided. Fuel, power, and a starter pack for the stove are included. A cot and highchair are available on request.

Outside, the garden has a lawn area and a decked section with outdoor furniture. Off-road parking for two cars is included. One well-behaved pet is welcome.

The barn sits on the edge of Bodmin Moor, with Rough Tor and Brown Willy - Cornwall's two highest points - accessible for moorland walks. Bossiney Cove, a secluded sandy beach near Tintagel accessible at low tide, is 6.2 miles away. Crackington Haven, a coarse-sand cove enclosed by dramatic folded cliffs, is 6.6 miles in the other direction. Camelford is the nearest market town, and the coast at Tintagel and Boscastle is about 15 minutes by car.
