Little In Sight

Little In Sight is a historic three-bedroom cottage in Polruan for five guests, across the estuary from Fowey. One double room, one twin and one single are served by two bathrooms. Exposed beams and other original features run through the interior, and rooftop views extend towards the estuary.

Wi-Fi, parking, a dishwasher, washing machine, an enclosed walled garden and a barbecue are included, and one dog can stay. The harbour and the passenger ferry across to Fowey are close by, useful given Polruan's steep hilltop car park and the walk down into the village.

Readymoney Cove is 0.6 miles away on the Fowey side of the water, Lantic Bay, a sandy cove reached by a steep footpath, is 1.3 miles from the cottage, and Lansallos Beach is 2.5 miles away. Fowey's shops, cafes and restaurants are a short ferry crossing away, and the National Trust's four-mile Hall Walk starts a mile north at Bodinnick. The harbourside is just under 100 metres from the front door.

**Best for:** a family wanting three bed types, two bathrooms, laundry, parking, a walled garden and ferry access to Fowey. **Less good for:** guests needing verified step-free access, or a beach directly outside the cottage.
