Pont Quay Cottage is a detached 3-bedroom cottage in the Fowey area, set directly on the edge of Pont Pill tidal creek with gardens reaching the water. The cottage sleeps 5 and sits along the Hall Walk - the 4-mile circular route between Fowey and Polruan that passes above the creek. Prices start from £715 per week, with Saturday changeover.

Inside, the cottage is arranged across 3 bedrooms with a bathroom. Parking is included. Pets are welcome at the property, with the creek providing habitat worth keeping dogs on leads around.

Guests have use of the private quay, slipway, and foreshore for their own boats or hired craft, with prior owner agreement - an unusual feature for a self-catering cottage. Bodinnick and Polruan are both within walking distance along the creek, each with pubs serving food. Fowey itself is 1.5 miles via the Bodinnick car ferry, or about half a mile by water. The town has a strong restaurant scene centred on Fore Street. Lantic Bay, a National Trust cove reached via a 20-30 minute cliff walk, is about 0.8 miles from the cottage.

**Best for:** Boating enthusiasts, walkers tackling the Hall Walk, and groups of up to 5 who want waterside access and proximity to Fowey without staying in the town itself.

**Less good for:** Those expecting a beach on the doorstep - Lantic Bay requires a good walk, and the setting is tidal creek rather than open coast.
